Booked a service with Bella K for hair braiding. Paid cash in advance. First, she cancelled the appointment after starting my service. Next, she flaked on the rescheduled appointment; she apologized and rescheduled. And then she no-showed at our 2nd rescheduled appointment and blocked my number. No returned phone calls or emails. Highly unprofessional and calls into question every "business" operating out of these suites. Love the clean layout of the suites and privacy. Owners have been very responsive and helpful with getting my new @Desert_Hair_and_Co suite started. This place has good potential and it’s in a busy Frys shopping plaza with lots of parking.
Any hairdressers, nail techs, massage therapists, tattoo artists, aesthetician, wax, blading or eyelash techs looking for a new salon on the west side check it out!
