I came here with my son as he has a knee issue and although Martin wasn't able to help us specifically, what he did do was share some exercises, give advice and also then refunded me, which I thought was very kind and rare in many businesses. Would recommend based on honesty, integrity and information provided.
LM Sports Massage saved my Christmas! I'd been experiencing dizziness after a heavy cold in autumn that lasted several weeks. I also had a very stiff neck which I assumed was as a result of the virus. Made an appointment with Lara and she worked her magic! Two sessions and my neck and shoulders felt brand new and best of all, the dizziness went away. I was given some simple exercises to do to prevent a repeat scenario. Very grateful to Lara for her healing hands and vast knowledge of how the body (and mind!) works.
For over 20 years I have lived with complete and permanent paralysis of my upper left side: my arm and shoulder, and much of my chest, back and torso, and subsequently, mild scoliosis of my spine. Despite this I try to stay fit and healthy which is harder than it sounds. I've had many thousands of hours of massage, physiotherapy, etc with hundreds of different therapists over the years (honestly!) but I wouldn't swap Lara for any of them. I have seen Lara a few times now and she is an excellent Sports Therapist and SMT. She has helped me strengthen weaker areas and loosen tight muscles to help improve my technique in my "sport" (I'm an aerialist). The difference in how I feel after a session is just fantastic. Thanks Lara for helping me up my game!
I’ve received massage therapy from both Lara and Martin and the treatments have been fantastic, the results far exceeded any expectations. They knew exactly what to do to treat the issues and provided me with helpful and relevant exercise suggestions. They’re also very friendly, which is a bonus 🙂
