Quality and service are outstanding-if you want quality work with attention to detail with truly knowledgeable professionals this is your go to -I highly recommend !
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Lonnie Jr came out to my house after 8pm because he for some reason thought that was professional and DIDNT EVEN FIX THE ISSUE! The “women” in the office may be some of the rudest people that I’ve ever spoken to on the phone and now it’s been over 3 weeks and still going back and forth with this company in regards to the issues we have. They work in our community all the time and lately all I’ve heard is negative things. Maybe they should start working with another company. 10/10 wou... read more
A/C stopped working on a very hot day. Called L&M and they were there within 2 hours on a Saturday. They got it back up and running. Excellent service!
A few weeks ago these guys came over and fixed my dual fuel system and did the correct repairs that other companies had not. (And cost me a lot) Yesterday, late afternoon, we discovered my mom's HVHC system had an issue. Called them and they came out today. Not only did they fix the issue, they also discovered a gas leak. (Which PNC kept insisting didn't exist.) They were kind enough to fix that issue but no charge. You couldn't have made a 92-year-old woman more happy than that.
Loni Jr and his crew is extremely knowledgeable and efficient! Highly recommend this company!
