What started off as a good purchase for a Buick Enclave turned to the worst possible … But I first get the enclave to pick it up. It wasn’t ready. They were having some DMV issues today. Worst auto shop I’ve dealt with. Unprofessional, unclear, and feels like they take your money without doing the job. Owner David is extremely difficult and makes everything worse. Left with my car still broken and a bad experience overall. Avoid.
I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with L&M Motor. I was charged $450 just for an estimate, with no actual repair done on my vehicle. Nothing about the pricing or process was clearly explained upfront. On top of that, I had to pay for towing my car, and the situation escalated to the point where I had to call the police just to get my vehicle released. Avoid this shop at all costs. They charge outrageous fees without doing the work promised and make it extremely difficult to get your vehicle back once it’s in their possession. My experience was stressful and frustrating from start to finish. David was unprofessional, dismissive, and provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for honest or reliable auto repair services.
