What started off as a good purchase for a Buick Enclave turned to the worst possible … But I first get the enclave to pick it up. It wasn’t ready. They were having some DMV issues today. I got me a rental car had the rental car for about two weeks before I was even able to get my vehicle which you would think by then, my car will be ready. There will be nothing wrong with it. Worst auto shop I’ve dealt with. Unprofessional, unclear, and feels like they take your money without doing the job. Owner David is extremely difficult and makes everything worse. Left with my car still broken and a bad experience overall. Avoid.
I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with L&M Motor. I was charged $450 just for an estimate, with no actual repair done on my vehicle. Nothing about the pricing or process was clearly explained upfront. On top of that, I had to pay for towing my car, and the situation escalated to the point where I had to call the police just to get my vehicle released.
