Update: After making my review, I was contacted by the warranty manager. We had a discussion about what happened and some possible reasons why my issue was not handled. I sent him some pictures and he took care of the rest. I just recently received my new seat. Thank you L&M Marine. The service after the sale has not been good. The service after the sale has not been good. They showed me a cut in my seat and I was told it would be warranted and that pictures were taken. Didn’t hear back from them. Later someone called me to see how I enjoyed my new boat and I told her so far so good. I enquired about the warranty on my seat and she would check on it. She asked for pictures and I texted them to her. Haven’t heard a thing since. I even texted her number back to see if they were going to get something done. Still haven’t heard anything back.
Stopped to get fluid for my power poles. Very friendly and helpful
