If I didn’t know better I would think I bought the first boat Ashley Marine ever sold. Communication was terrible throughout the process and still is. David does nothing. Joey does nothing. The deposit I paid for the boat wasn’t credited to me until two weeks after the sale was complete. I had to go back to the store to show them they did not apply the deposit to the purchase invoice. Extremely disappointing experience purchasing a new Blazer Bay from Ashley Marine. Major safety issue at delivery with steering rigged backwards (turn left = boat went right), poor communication, poor setup, missing advertised items, and little to no walkthrough of systems or electronics. Multiple finish defects were also present on the new boat. Overall delivery and quality control process was far below expectations for a premium boat purchase.
The new service team they have did excellent with our 18’ boat. They did our service faster than initially quoted and they were very kind and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely encourage all of our friends to visit! Thank you, service team.
If you have a center console with twin 300s, they'll probably treat you well. Can't say for sure, because I can't afford that stuff. What I do know from experience...If you have a river stained 14 foot Polarcraft with a 40HP Yamaha tiller steer, they'll probably back burner you for two months, dodge calls and emails, and do nothing to fix the problem.
