The owners are wonderful and the quality of service is great; highly recommend.
I talked Brian and he kept telling me he would come out to my home to look at damage on my new car to determine if it was his company that hit it with their snow plow. He never showed up like he said he would. Dishonest and doesn't care about damage claims and just ignores you. Poor service and customer care.
I've worked with L&M for years at multiple properties. They do great work for a price that is more than fair. Highly recommended.
