My mother had an account with L&M for over 30 years, it was managed well, and they were always very responsive. I recently closed out the last of the account to consolidate it with some others, and Julie and her team were so helpful, and followed up with all the details very quickly. I appreciate every thing they have done over the years.

Awful, awful, awful. My grandparents had quite the investment portfolio when they passed. It took Kim months to send paperwork to me when she told me she'd send it out that week and then there was absolutely no follow up. She knew how much money I was set to inherit (as well as the other four beneficiaries) and she couldn't care less about retaining us as clients (all early 30s with absolutely no background in finances or investing).
