Really don’t know who designed these buildings coming up. The floor plan sucks! The kitchen cabinets are cheaply made and do not match the bottom part. They rush to meet deadlines and everything is falling apart in my apartment. Can’t even open the windows to really get breeze. I have to keep my air conditioner on and the bill is ridiculous.
Who ever the architect is should be fired immediately the buildings they are putting out are an inconvenience to the ppl who move in windows that face the sun only opening 4 inches .. let’s talk about 1520/1530 why is the entrance in the middle 😒 making that walk and design aggravating w every at the exit .. paper thin walls flooding elevators never work .. ZERO COMMON AREAS .. like it’s really just dumb can’t take the stairs from the outside but w the lift out daily these new buildings are over priced death traps poorly dr... read more
