I was really disappointed with my experience. I booked and paid for a service expecting reliability, but it was canceled unexpectedly with unclear and conflicting reasons. Communication was lacking, which made the situation even more frustrating. While I did receive a refund, the whole experience felt unprofessional and left me feeling let down by a company I had initially trusted
