I wish I could give Piedmont Auto Service more than 5 stars. They far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back. I’ve owned my 2005 F-150 since new. Huge shout-out to Piedmont Auto Service for their fantastic work! I needed a pre-purchase inspection for a 2016 Kia Forte, and they saved the day. Despite it being a last-minute request, they kindly accommodated us and got the inspection done even though it was right before closing (within an hour). Their inspection was incredibly thorough, and they took the time to clearly explain every finding, walking us through the vehicle to demonstrate. Excellent service, even under a time crunch!

I had brakes done at Piedmont. Luke and Lavon did a great job with the brakes as far as I know. I had to wait there for the work to be done because I didn't have a ride to leave. I will never do that again because the place was disgusting and filthy. The bathroom was so ridiculous and nasty, I wouldn't take an animal to use it. It was not only filthy but those conditions were horrible. No soap no paper of any kind to wipe your ass or dry your hands. No hot water. That can't be up to code.
