Let me just say this, Mr. Lee & Mr. Luke has exceptional customer service, they were able to assist with Ford 2013 issues we had been having for some time and blessed us with everything we needed to get back on the road. I would highly recommend using their services, might even make them my go-to mechanic for any future issues. I wish I could give Piedmont Auto Service more than 5 stars. They far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back. I’ve owned my 2005 F-150 since new. Huge shout-out to Piedmont Auto Service for their fantastic work! I needed a pre-purchase inspection for a 2016 Kia Forte, and they saved the day. Despite it being a last-minute request, they kindly accommodated us and got the inspection done even though it was right before closing (within an hour). Their inspection was incredibly thorough, and they took the time to clearly explain every finding, walking us through the vehicle to demonstrate. Excellent service, even under a time crunch!
