Lee and Luke were absolutely amazing. I reached out to Lee after we had a bad dealing with a shady mechanic. Lee was a pleasure to speak to over the phone and assured me that he would look at our situation. Our technician Luke was the best. He not only fixed what another mechanic had completely screwed up, he also took the time to explain to us and show us the parts that he replaced. Had my transmission rebuilt and reinstalled along with a timing chain and gear replacement. My truck runs amazingly well. Very reasonable pricing and done in a timely fashion. Two thumbs up for this shop.
Let me just say this, Mr. Lee & Mr. Luke has exceptional customer service, they were able to assist with Ford 2013 issues we had been having for some time and blessed us with everything we needed to get back on the road. I would highly recommend using their services, might even make them my go-to mechanic for any future issues. I wish I could give Piedmont Auto Service more than 5 stars. They far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back. I’ve owned my 2005 F-150 since new. After replacing the engine a few years ago, other issues piled up while money was tight. Recently I was finally able to bring her back into shape.
