Sadly I've had several transmissions (and now a transfer case) worked over at L&L. Each and every time their estimate has been accurate and their work on point. I've seen a few reviews about the cost. There are some things I can fix, others I can't, so to pay a business to make our vehicle whole again is to be expected. The communication needs to be worked on & the secretary is rude to customers. Not only was she rude to me on the phone when she mistakenly told me that my car was ready, but she didn’t realize I was the wrong customer she was speaking to regarding my vehicle. I was given a 3-4 day time frame and 4400 quote. I waited a lot longer than I could afford to and had to keep extending time on my rental vehicle. In the end I paid about 5400 dollars. Got me in right away for an inspection when another shop in town failed to inform me that their inspection guy wasn't in even though I had an appointment. Great service as always. Recommended.
