They deserve every poor review you see online. My wife had used them a few years back when she lived in Louisville and wanted to give them a try again for our joint tax preparation. She had dropped off all of our documents in office in early February. We get a call from MaryAnne saying they needed to file an extension. We asked if this would result in any penalties, and she said no. We get called in early May to come into the office to pick up our returns and pay our invoice. Extremely disorganised and can't offer any useful advice on more complicated tax scenarios. Also very expensive.
Way over priced. Service wasn't very friendly.
L&L tax, they have been our tax place since 2008. Excellent service, honestly and good reputation. I highly recommend them.
