We also needed a replacement chimney cap and chase cover. Zach discussed our options with us and gave us a detailed estimate. When the last ice storm came through, our roof started to leak (on a Sunday). I called L&L the next day. By Wednesday Luke came out, took a look at the area where the leak was, described what they would do and provided a quote at a good price. By the next week the repair was completed exactly as described without any surprises or additional cost. When the time comes for a roof replacement, I know who I will call.

Squirrels were getting into my interior walls gaining access through the roof. I met with Luke Heaps and felt that he was genuinely concerned and had a plan to resolve my squirrel issue. His crew members worked all day to plug the access points at each of the roof corners and re-shingled places where holes were drilled for tv satellite and who knows what else!
