We also needed a replacement chimney cap and chase cover. Zach discussed our options with us and gave us a detailed estimate. Squirrels were getting into my interior walls gaining access through the roof. I met with Luke Heaps and felt that he was genuinely concerned and had a plan to resolve my squirrel issue. His crew members worked all day to plug the access points at each of the roof corners and re-shingled places where holes were drilled for tv satellite and who knows what else!
