Ordered business cards. They were not printed correctly. The light-blue background was near-white and the dark blue logo was not blue, more greyish and smudged appearance. It did not match the quality of the proof they gave me when I placed the order, not even close. Kay unapologetically brought back a new print and said "It's printing better now," then offered to reprint them with the earliest being the next day (but not commitment to meet next day). We switched from a national chain printer to L&L, 6 months ago. In that time, we've had 6 print jobs from them. They are strikingly better in terms of response time, price, quality, and customer service. Ciera in the sales dept. is awesome! A huge plus is that they're a local, family-run businesses.
