I had a very upsetting experience yesterday. Two weeks ago, I had my nails done, and the person doing my nails was too rough with the drill, which causing me to bleed. This wasn’t the first time it had happened, so I left a review to share my experience and hopefully help the business improve. I absolutely love this place. They are so kind and I have never been disappointed. They take the time and I won’t be going anywhere else. This is my go to place.
Great first experience I will come back as a customer
I was bleeding today from the drill. This isn’t the first time this has happened. They were too rough and filed too close to the skin, and I ended up bleeding. It was painful, and honestly, very careless. I expected more attention. In addition to that, no greeting.
Clean establishment. Staff very friendly and do a fantastic job.
