In September 2024, I brought my car in for a routine oil change. Shockingly, the technician forgot to put oil back in the engine. I drove a few miles before realizing something was seriously wrong. When I returned to the dealership, they simply added oil and sent me on my way—without much concern or even an apology. Went in to get a dealer oil change in September 2024 and the tech forgot to put oil back in my car! I drove it down the road a few miles before I realized something was not right. I went back and they put in oil and sent me on my way. It was only when I called my husband and he went down there upset, that they decided to make it right and warranty the engine.
Took my 2018 Duramax in for a knocking sound in the motor. I told them to only do the diag and then call me before doing anything else. I received a call saying it needed a nox sensor #1 replaced and it would be $900+ to change it. I told them I wouldn’t be replacing it. She then told me she needed to call me back because they wasn’t done. 30 minutes later they called me to pick up my truck. I went right down she explained again what it needed and then handed me the bill for $150 diagnostic $75 second diagnostic $22.50 shop ... read more
