Went in to get a dealer oil change in September 2024 and the tech forgot to put oil back in my car! I drove it down the road a few miles before I realized something was not right. I went back and they put in oil and sent me on my way. It was only when I called my husband and he went down there upset, that they decided to make it right and warranty the engine.
Took my 2018 Duramax in for a knocking sound in the motor. I told them to only do the diag and then call me before doing anything else. I received a call saying it needed a nox sensor #1 replaced and it would be $900+ to change it. I told them I wouldn’t be replacing it. She then told me she needed to call me back because they wasn’t done. 30 minutes later they called me to pick up my truck. I went right down she explained again what it needed and then handed me the bill for $150 diagnostic $75 second diagnostic $22.50 shop ... read more

Brought my truck in for service was told some of the parts would have to be ordered and would take a couple weeks to arrive it's past the the expected delivery date I've called multiple times and not gotten anywhere can't even get to talk to anyone that can tell me if my parts are there starting to think that I picked the wrong place to have work done on my truck update was finally able to contact them and get an update it will be another week or more for parts and they apologized for not being able to get me the info on my ... read more
We came through Vernal on our way to Vegas for a graduation. We had some big issues with our truck and took it here to be evaluated. Russ and Maddie were so helpful in getting our problems solved and back on the road. The customer service was outstanding and we made it to Vegas in time for the graduation.
