I had the pleasure of working with L & L Mini Storage when a client of mine was about to lose their belongings due to non payment. The owner was unaware that the unit held the belongings of an individual who had developmental delays and was housed by the program. The owners went the extra mile to locate them and worked with that individual ( due to their unique circumstances) to get their payment.
