We are new to the area and we were wanting island food not knowing there was an L&L in the area. Wow!! We had ordered the BBQ mix and seafood plate. I must say the flavors were out of this world! The meats were tender and the seafood and fish were so tender and the size of the fish fillets were thick. It wasn’t a thin fillet and not even dry. Today my rating is 4.6 stars We had the Chicken Katsu Curry and Lau Lau & Kalua Pork Combo. I was a little disappointed that the Lau Lau was a little dry and the Mac Salad was not a tasty as it was the last couple of times I was here. The service was friendly as usual and the atmosphere, as we dined in, was nice and comfortable, however the Hawaiian Reggae music was not my preference… it certainly doesn’t remind me of home. All in all… not bad but not as great as the last time we dined in.

Nice small shop a lot of the good local stuff that you would find in Hawaii at l&l, however both dishes were a bit salty and didn't taste quite like the original... But was good

I had never had actual Hawaiian food before coming here. It was really hard for me to find a Hawaiian restaurant anywhere; even Atlanta, which is much more multicultural than Savannah, has hardly any! The woman working at this L&L told me that there is another L&L location or two in Atlanta, though, so I'll be sure to keep an eye out. I was very much imp with this restaurant; I've heard good things about SPAM musubi and kālua pork, and now I can see they live up to the hype!
