The process with L&L was complete, professional & painless from start to finish. Jayden & Dominic handled the installation & they were all business & were in & out in 30 minutes. I called five different glass fabricators for a quote on two cuts needed on a builders grade vanity mirror. L&L replied promptly and offered by far the best price. When I showed up to drop the mirror off, I felt as I was being treated like a king, or at least like someone who was spending tens of thousands of dollars for their products and service instead of the $36 I was actually spending. Wow. Just wow. I had beautiful mirrors installed in a basement gym and I couldn’t be happier. I submitted an online request for a quote. Someone got back to me the next day, and I sent photos and approximate measurements of my space. They gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted to have someone come measure the space. Great communication that they allowed on my terms without being pushy, but ALWAYS followed up promptly whenever I was able to get back to them.
