I ordered pictures for my kids.. I waited like everyone else and then when pictures arrived at school both my children’s picture packages weren’t there.. But they took the $68 from my account. I called and they said they would send me my order.. 3 weeks later.. Nothing.. I should add that I did warn these people I would call my bank and get my money back for services not rendered (not receiving my pictures). Thank god my bank got my money back.. Bad people!! I gave them a posted dated check for the 10/20 the check was given on 10/17. They claimed they did not see the posted dated check. How is that possible when you have to open the envolope to retrieve the check!! The woman called to argue with me to tell me I needed to give a written note. Stating it is posted dated check. Ordered my son's class pictures. They charged my card $40 and I still haven't received my order. Called and a gentleman said he would get back to me. Still haven't heard from them. A few phone calls and a few emails and still nothing. Just sent a complaint to the BBB. Maybe they can get a hold of these people. I am also complaining to the school district since this is the second time in 8 years they have stolen my money
