They only treat you well when you gave them a Tip. I went there on July 14 Monday at 4:00 the lady was rude that lady behavior would not have been acceptable
I'd been here many times before and once had a good experience perming my hair, leaving a significant tip everytime. This time, however, Lynn/Linh did not listen when I asked to trim my hair by only half an inch on the sides around the sideburns and ears, cutting an inch to two inches all around and completely ruining my hairstyle. She spent little to no time cutting my hair and I can only suspect that she was rushing due to the influx of people walking in. I don't plan on coming back again.
