Terrible service. No one was helpful. I had an appointment 24hrs in advance, and when I got there, everyone was busy and the person in charge there was extremely rude and dismissive. I had booked one stylist and they wanted to send me to another after they were done. I ended up waiting nearly an hour, and they took nearly another hour to finish my aunt’s hair. I had such a wonderful experience with Lyn at L&L! She did an amazing job with my color and styling — she really listened to what I wanted and made sure the results matched my vision. The color came out vibrant and natural, and the styling was flawless. Lyn is not only talented but also very professional and friendly, which made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for great hair color and styling!
Omg what a terribly managed salon, and RUDE workers. I had an APPOINTMENT at 2pm and I requested for a specific lady—Thi. I got there exactly on time and STILL waited there until 3:30pm… I had to leave because they were taking way too long and didn’t even get to me. When I got to the salon, the lady Lyn gave so much attitude saying that Thi, whom I requested for, was not available and anyone else can help.
