Terrible service. No one was helpful. I had an appointment 24hrs in advance, and when I got there, everyone was busy and the person in charge there was extremely rude and dismissive. I had booked one stylist and they wanted to send me to another after they were done. I ended up waiting nearly an hour, and they took nearly another hour to finish my aunt’s hair. I had such a wonderful experience with Lyn at L&L! She did an amazing job with my color and styling — she really listened to what I wanted and made sure the results matched my vision.
