My daughter purchased a gift card last year for my Christmas present for $200 at L & L Beauty. I called to schedule an appointment and use the gift certificate and they said the hair stylist that checked her out to get the gift certificate left so they are no longer able to use it. Although they are legally obligated to accept, they tried to deny it and not give me a hair appointment or her money back. I am so glad I kept my appointment with Erica!!! I haven't had my hair cut in 10 years and it showed. But I was so reluctant to go anywhere bc I was so set in my ways. Anyways I realized I need to do something and kept this appointment, and Erica was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, and at ease with what she was going to do and it came out great!
