We had a brake issue towing our Jeep behind our motorhome late on a Thursday afternoon and dropped off our Jeep with Luis and he said he’d look at first thing Friday morning. He called 9:30 am the next day with a VERY reasonable quote and had us back on the road before lunch. Thank you Luis and the L&L team for getting us taken care of!
After an Auto Repait/Tire Shop with a name most people would recognize tried to pressure me into spending a ridiculous amount of money on my car, meeting Luis at L and L Auto Care has already been such a blessing. He has been very honest and fair with what he charged me for a new Tire on my car and installed the tire faster than I've ever seen any mechanic install a tire. They are the best auto shop I ever used here in Nashville, Don Luis and his son have always taken good care of our car needs. They quote before repair, and they give you the price of whatever repair the car may need to prevent future issues. They also let you know if the repair can have warranty or not so you can choose to repair or invest in a new car. They call you as soon as the car is ready to be picked up.
