I appreciated Melissa’s attention to detail, friendliness, and quick communication, which made the equipment purchase seamless. The custom proof, which was expected to take a week, was ready in just a day, speeding up the delivery schedule and exceeding my expectations.
Melissa was very helpful and responsive to my needs. I needed an agitator quickly and instead of the 4-6 weeks lead time she was able to get it to me in one week. This really got me out of a jam.
