I went to store to see if I could find a used tire. There were no parking spots and parking spots were not marked. I pulled up next to door, which I thought was a parking spot. Went in and a woman came to counter. Without even saying hello she said "who's car is that" which was my car. I said "it's mine". She through her arms up in the air and said "move it before we do anything here"! Wow, I just turned around and walked out. Nice customer service L&K!
Great folks, I blew a tire and this was the closest shop to where I was. They really value their customers, the team is friendly, easy to deal with. Highly recommend this shop.
Had a truck blow a tire on I75 and knocked a piece off the bottom of our car and they saved our trip to Cleveland! Thank you!!!!
