Called John at 6pm and he was here in an hour for our cat-up-the-tree emergency. John had to climb to the top of the fifty-foot tree, put our cat in her carrier, and lowered her to safety. We really appreciate the quick, friendly, professional attention that John showed to our predicament. Sincere thanks to you John and we will call you for any tree work in the future.
