Spend just 5 minutes talking with Joe, and you'll realize he KNOWS cars and how to properly care for them. He has won my trust over the years working on our 2015 Honda Odyssey and 2020 Nissan Sentra. He uses quality products. He never recommends something the car doesn't need. He has often saved me money or spaced out repair work to help spread the cost. I don’t trust mechanics. I trust one mechanic. His name is Joe, and he’s at L-Japan Auto. AAA once told me my Subaru needed a $7k transmission. Joe took a look, didn’t freak out, and fixed it for way less using a part he already knew would work. No upselling, no scare tactics — just honest work. Since then, my parents bring their Hondas here, my sister brings her Subaru, and now I bring my Honda. I've taken multiple cars to Joe over the years. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He takes pride in putting his customers first. He recommends what is needed for your car and doesn't recommend useless repairs or services just because he has more knowledge than the customer or just to make a profit. He is honest and cares for his customers. I'd recommend Joe's auto shop to any and everyone.
