Joseph is a rare find! He has integrity and takes immense pride in his work. We were new in town and Joseph was my second opinion for a job on my Subaru after going to the dealership. He found they had missed many things after they completed my oil change and inspection, most important of all being that my engine coolant was out. Essentially he saved me a 10k engine replacement. Had an incredible experience with this shop and owner. We were visiting from out of town when our Subaru Ascent went on the fritz. I had to drive to get back home and was afraid to drive my car in the condition it was in. The owner did an amazing job of checking every detail. He want over everything with me and explained what had to be done. The cost of the repair was Very reasonable , the owner was extremely knowledgeable and did not try to up sell me in any way. We have been going to Joe at LJapan for more than 2 years. He has given us great advice and provides excellent repairs on our tundra and Prius. I love that he sends pictures or videos of the things that he feels are no longer servicing the vehicle and suggest alternatives. We highly recommend Joe!
I was very impressed with my first experience with Joe at L-Japan. It's obvious from the start that getting the job done right is a priority with Joe. Once he started the job, he sent pictures detailing the progress, explaining every step. Knowledge, experience, and integrity, all at a fair price. I will be back!
