Joe took a look, didn’t freak out, and fixed it for way less using a part he already knew would work. No upselling, no scare tactics — just honest work. I've taken multiple cars to Joe over the years. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He takes pride in putting his customers first. He recommends what is needed for your car and doesn't recommend useless repairs or services just because he has more knowledge than the customer or just to make a profit. He is honest and cares for his customers. I'd recommend Joe's auto shop to any and everyone.
I've been taking my car(s) to Joe for 10+ years now. What impresses me most each time I go is how thorough he is in explaining each thing he is recommending. He is also clear about what doesn't necessarily need to be done immediately and can wait. Most of all, I trust him, which is a great thing to be able to say about your car mechanic. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
