Excellent service. Joe is a true master of his craft
L Japan Auto Service has taken outstanding care of my Toyota for the past few years now. Joseph always goes above and beyond and has always exceeded my exacting standards for vehicle care and maintenance. From day one, L Japan has always used original Toyota OEM filters and equipment for my vehicle. There is no one in the Greenville area I trust more to work on my car then Joe and L Japan Auto Service.
The owner, Joseph is extremely informative, often sending videos of the work he’s doing on my car in real time. I really appreciate this! Especially as a woman who can often get taken advantage of in an automobile workshop. (and if being a woman makes you less interested in my review, all of his work was reviewed by my father who used to work in a shop and he agreed with everything and found his prices to be extremely fair!)
Very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Explained every issue in detail and what he did to remedy the fuel pump issue I was having in my 14 Toyota Camry. Would highly recommend this shop for any imports.
Awesome mechanic. I had an engine misfire and brought it to Joe. After diagnosing the issue, Joe took his time to bring me into the shop, show me exactly what he was going to do, and explain the issue and repair. Didn’t try and push additional service that wasn’t needed and communicative throughout. Will be using Joe for all my Subaru needs from here on out.
