Luke replaced a failing Worcester Bosch oil boiler and a mega flow mains water pressure hot water cylinder with a new Worcester Bosch unit and cylinder. He was always very polite respectful and professional even on the hottest days of 2025 so far. Luke also helped out when we discovered a couple of small leaks to the dishwasher feeds which became apparent when the main pressure was restored - these of course were not Luke’s fault, but he stayed to remedy them. Luke promptly did a survey at a good price on an oil boiler of a property we are purchasing! Received a call when finished and received the report the same day with pictures and all the relevant information needed! Would recommend and we will definitely use again! Many thanks!

In the past I have been let down so many times by so called heating and plumbing experts. I was just about to accept that there are imposters out there when I came across Luke. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge of things to do with heating and plumbing as well as electrical problems. I have always found him to be very pleasant and helpful and eager to resolve any problems.
