I ordered ballusters before the Holiday. Half of them came in and now I'm being told the other half are stuck on a container ship somewhere and won't be here till April?! Don't send me half an order and tell me I have to wait 3 months for the other half.
RecommendedI worked for the division called Woodsmith/LJ Smith and loved every one of the beautiful stairways that left the building. I enjoyed talking to our customers from all over the US, and many other places. To this day I can't enter into a lovely home and not go to check out the stairways first. Good Work LJ Smith.

The customer service puts the company over the top. The turn around time is amazing. It’s not possible to say enough good things about LJ Smith.
1 star because there was no option to go lower. Waited 10+ weeks to get Handrails Absolutley no customer service, no accurate ship times and employees that simply don't care. After this project we will never buy from them again. Ever since they went to selling directly to building supplies instead of regional distributors its been nothing but a head ache to deal with them.
Well first of all I work there. I'm there security officer! I've been there 14 years now and have had a good relation with the company and workers. I couldn't work for a better company than LJSMITH. Me and my other two guards do our job the best we can.I appreciate working for the company and I'm sure my two guards feel the same way!
