The lady at the front counter is very sweet and helpful! Saved me a lot of money on fixing my leaking shower. Instead of spending over $50 for a new cartridge she showed me four pieces that can fix it that cost less than $5. And her description was better than a YouTube video lol. Thanks again.
I’ve lived in the area for about five years and have gone to this plumbing supply maybe half a dozen times. Their prices have always been fair but the main reason I’m writing a review is that the staff is very friendly and not so stingy like many places about giving you some good advice or setting you on the right path. Overall, just a great place to get your plumbing supplies and talk with somebody who really knows their stuff.
I called in to get pricing on a Toto Drake toilet. The price they offered was great – better than Lowes and Home Depot. I went in to buy it, and after they checked their system and spoke with the person who quoted me the price on the phone, they determined that they'd made a pricing mistake. Despite that, they told me that they'd honor the price they quoted me over the phone. I didn't expect them to do that, or even ask them to. These people are honest and great – I can't recommend them enough, and I'll definitely be back.
