I had a horrible experience with Shawn on February 13th, 2026. He was there to fix a leak in the ground near the water meter. He cursed at me, threw his shovel into his Van in anger and stormed off the job. I was so shocked and tramatized by the experience I was shaking, I felt like I was going to throw up and the whole ordeal made me so upset, I was in tears. Great service ..
We called this morning because of what we suspected was a clog in the main sewer line. They sent two plumbers out by early afternoon. They were professional and efficient (and patient with my mother who never stops talking and who repeats herself), and the price was reasonable. I have had multiple negative experiences with plumbers at other companies, so it is refreshing to work with plumbers who are honest. I highly recommend LJ Plumbing.
What's not to like about them? They know their stuff and their staff are friendly.
