We desperately needed a new switch for our immersion heater as we had been without hot water for a week or two and the electrician we contacted previously let us down. . We contacted Checkatrade and L J Norton Electrical were the first to reply. Luke turned up when he said he was going to, he was very efficient and the job was done in no time at all. We are very grateful for a job well done. We would definitely use L J Norton again.
LJ Norton had excellent communication before the day of install. Luke arrived promptly in the morning and worked all day to install my energy storage battery. He kept the work area clean and tidy throughout the day. Luke also explained the install and app for the unit with detail, also supporting setting up my account with the battery supplier. I only had a small job to fix, a faulty down light and wasn't sure if it was something they would do. From the first email the professional and friendly way it was dealt with was excellent, keeping me updated at every step. They turned up on time and fixed the problem quickly.
