A two year old could have done better, the woman didn’t speak English number one, poked me in the side a couple times to direct me to follow her. She rushed through the entire pedicure. 65.00 bucks later I have to redo them myself. Horrible is an understatement. Not one nail is cut straight, they were cut and shaped when I went in. I didn’t want them cut down but never asked. Don’t waste your money.
Been here twice now and had great customer service, she did upgrade me to gel nails, I had a lot of questions because I've never had them before. She answered them all patiently, and they look great. Also helped me with colors which was great because I'm terrible at picking them.
Clean salon with groomed staff. I’ve been planting in the yard without gloves, so I went in today with wide cuticles, hangnails, and even peeling skin. My fingernails are shorter than the tips of my fingers. I only wanted a regular polish basic manicure since my hands will be rough in no time. I had the pleasure of visiting LJ Nail Salon for a dip manicure with Nina and a pedicure with Pham and I couldn’t be happier. As a former salon owner, I truly appreciate attention to detail, and they absolutely delivered. The pedicure included an amazing foot massage too, no shortcuts, just quality service from start to finish. This will definitely be my go-to spot moving forward!
My sister and I have been to this salon twice and had a great experience both times. Beware, some of the reviews here seem to be for a salon in Ontario. This review is for LJ Nails & Spa in Grand Island, NY. I came in to have gel polish removed, and my nail tech also evened out my nails and took care of some dry, cracked skin that has been plaguing me for weeks.
