I just noticed the negative review from two years ago and felt that I need to interject my experiences with Mascaro. I've been a longtime customer off and on over a 30 year period, with three different homes. They have always been courteous and helpful when I've needed to get topsoil, and they were always competitive on price too.
Ordered their top soil. They got us in their schedule on a short notice, their delivery man was awesome, and Sherri was very, very helpful. Sod took the top soil and is the greenest on the block! Top soil was dark, smelled great, and had some other organic material in it. If I ever needed top soil again, I'd call Mascaro
They picked up on the second ring. I have no idea about their product because I couldn't get past the person who answered the phone. She was rude and acted like I didn't know anything and kept interrupting me. She was also talking to people in the background. If for some reason I didn't know what I was talking about and she needed to help me understand there was a far better way than to be condescending. I've heard they have good product, that is why I called them initially.
