I was a little nervous about such a big job. The gentlemen came in a quickly tore down and cleaned up the old patio cover. Hausner worked with my time line and came back after the other project was completed and finished the job on time. The workers were efficient and worked hard. They finished on time. Couldn't be happier.
Hausner Company did a great job from sales process to the quality installation & their field crew also did a great job & were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and the install was a fly! thank you for the great work. My Services rep was Matt Opson. highly recommend asking for him, made the process super easy.
Pleased with the final pergola product - the poor review comes from the following issues after the installation. They left the top of the unit white (the rest of it was an almond color); this was not mentioned during the sales conversation. Additionally, they left tacky, white bases as part of the finished product (also not discussed during the sales conversation with Brent). I am so happy with my new patio cover. The staff at Hausner was very professional at every step in the process. They presented me with several options so I was able to choose the color and style that worked with my house. The installation process was smooth and impressive. They thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves, even hauling away the dirt they removed when they dug the post holes. I highly recommend Hausner construction. They do quality work at a reasonable price.
