If I could give 0 stars, I would. The encounter was doomed from the start but I wasn't smart enough to walk away. I came into the shop on a Saturday at 9 AM opening. The owner was wearing a large pair of sunglasses and started off by saying his eyes were dilated and he couldn't quite see some things but it 'wouldn't be a problem' to pin and hem the dress I came in with.
