They have been closed for over 2.5 years. I don't know why this says they are still open with hours. I have worked 2 doors down from this store and it's definitely been closed since June of 23'. Algoma owns the building now and there are chains on the doors.
staff ,distant not welcoming,can't view dresses,they bring styles they think are suitable for you??? In retail, in store experience is choice & selection you can choose & and try on,HEH L& J WHAT HAPPENED TO SERVICE WITH A 😃 😊 SMILE???
I would give a better review if they ever give me a call back. I have emailed this particular bridal boutique four times, I have found them at least eight times. I guess they don’t really care about selling wedding dresses. I do not recommend this shop at all. They really care nothing about customer service.
