Called for a quote and the owner snapped at me lol. Miserable I just called for a quote and when I explained the job since my car is a bit different he lost it and said” I don’t get why people think he should know how every car is” we don’t bozo! That’s why I was explaining. Then I asked when I could bring it in and he snapped more and asked me when I was ready. lol I told him never mind he was nasty and he hung up on me. lol I’m surprised at these reviews!
Came in last week with my after market car stereo that was not working and probably draining my battery. John was prompt for our appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue. Within minutes he analyzed each component, checked the installation and reset the system. To top off this brief and efficient service visit he told me there was no charge. John has my loyalty and highest recommendation.
It was an excellent experience working with LI Sounds. John assisted in installing a two-channel dashcam and I am very happy with the professional install. He was very knowledgeable and kind, and I'll definitely be back for future projects.
