It’s unfortunately true that you cannot get them on the phone. I have been trying for a week to schedule a treatment. I do, however, give Dr. Haq I started reading as she is amazing. I just don’t understand why the staff refuses to pick up the phone. I have tried numerous times different days.
Do not waste your time here- doctor was inattentive, reception does not answer phone calls. 0/5 stars. Edit: Please do not discredit my review- I accompanied a patient here. We were unable to reach the office for weeks for a follow-up appointment. Doctor did the absolute bare minimum to treat patient.

Dr gruber/ rheumatologist is a grade-A scumbag who for 9 months wasted time, resources and money, making Zero effort to help treat my wife who almost died and had flare ups from what almost killed her from a rare condition that surfaced (we had no answers to what it was even from critical inpatient care in 2 hospitals prior ). I saw a doctor here only twice with no issues, however, the reason for my poor review is from an interaction with reception. I called to reschedule an appointment, told the receptionist the date of the appointment, then she asked my name and I gave it to her. Then, she asked the name of the doctor I see. I said: I do not remember her name, I have only been there twice and it was a long name I don’t know how to pronounce it. I asked: can you see their name in your system since I just gave you my name?
