I can’t say enough good things about this practice. The staff are amazing, friendly and very accommodating. Doctor Gruber is patient, thorough and really takes his time with you. 5 stars
I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Gruber’s office. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and efficient. Dr. Gruber took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciated the care, attention and effort put into my appointment by the whole staff. It’s unfortunately true that you cannot get them on the phone. I have been trying for a week to schedule a treatment. I do, however, give Dr. Haq I started reading as she is amazing. I just don’t understand why the staff refuses to pick up the phone. I have tried numerous times different days.
Do not waste your time here- doctor was inattentive, reception does not answer phone calls. 0/5 stars. Edit: Please do not discredit my review- I accompanied a patient here. We were unable to reach the office for weeks for a follow-up appointment. Doctor did the absolute bare minimum to treat patient.
