They handled the whole process of applying for the Variance with the Township that was required in order be able to build the 2 car garage addition due to setback requirements on the property. I had the pleasure of working with LH Construction on an attached garage project. From the beginning, LH Construction was very responsive. They provided a detailed quote before I even got a call back from some other contractors. Once the permit was approved, LH Construction was ready to start. Everyone on the staff was kind, curteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Despite having many other ongoing projects, they were able to adequately staff my garage to meet the schedule.
