I’m from Wisconsin and I rent out a bucket truck and it broke down on a customer they were honest and fixed the truck they could have ran me for my money being outta state and not able to inspect it myself and I wasn’t there to fix it myself, sometimes when you call there line is busy but don’t give up highly recommend you take there
