Grainy texture, and tastes mostly like Crisco with sugar. One of the worst caramels I've ever had. Gave one to my wife without saying anything, and she couldn't stand it either.
These are the absolute best caramels. Worth every penny.
Love the caramels. I go to CVS just for those caramels...
