I recently had L&F install a new A/C heat pump package unit to replace the old unit that quit working and was almost at its life expectancy. The technician, Aaron was punctual, professional, and prompt. He diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. It looks like I'm one of the people that got taken by this company. I was charged $1,554.43 to repair my very old central air system and then told that it was not fixable. Their 'good faith' response was that they would be glad to apply that to a new $12,000 system, and it was just my bad luck for the huge repair bill that did nothing to fix my air.

L and F Services dispatched a service technician quickly after contacting them. The technician, Aaron, was on time, professional and courteous. In a short time of troubleshooting, he was able to diagnose the problem. With parts on hand he was able to get my AC unit up and running. 45 minutes arrival to departure. I will continue to use L and F Services for all of my HVAC needs in the future. I highly recommend and ask for Aaron if he is available.
