Was helpful and professional from first contact. Came as soon as he could which in the circumstances was quick. Got to work straight away spent the time sourcing the problem pragmatically and professionally came up with a simple solution based on the power needs required. Did not elaborate or say suggest that it should be a bigger job. Was straight honest professional not seen nowadays. Would recommend to anyone who cannot take the truth and honesty he gives.Ā
