To all of the people who had unpleasant experience, I would like to point out just because one person is a horrible hairdresser doesn’t mean the rest of the people are. Eleanor is the best cut and color in the whole city. Not only that, but she is the most accommodating person known to man, not to mention she has a fabulous reputation in the area. One person doesn’t represent the business, which a lot of the people reviewing don’t seem to understand.
I have been going to this salon for 10 years now, and I really like Ella's touch. I always leave looking and feeling great!
Worst ever!!
My fiancé went in on this salon The man (there were only TWO people working there, a female and a male); cut his hair and DID NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT. The lack of people should’ve already been a signal not to come in, but we wanted to give them a chance/shot. My fiancé hated the cut midway that he just asked him to stop, and he wouldn’t stop! He stood up and said he just needed to leave out of respect. I told him not to pay, but he did and the man INSISTED FOR A TIP!
