Dr. Olsson was great, he explained the procedure I was having and was very concerned with my welfare. His staff was great, I had a problem and went to the office and the staff helped me out especially Hugo. The procedure went without any complications . The office atmosphere was very friendly. I felt special to the doctor and staff.
Doctor is kind and knowledgeable. Office staff on the other hand, is rude and unprofessional!!
Probably one of the worst offices I have ever gone to. The staff is unbelievably rude. Takes them basically about a week to call you back. As far as Dr. Olson . I did not think he was a very good doctor. Really did not feel like he was listening to anything I was saying. He was supposed to follow up with me with two telephone visits. He missed both of them.
