This Doctor is a total absolute CLOWN. I had tests done with results back on October 10th. Its now December 19th. I have left over 15 messages with his office looking for the results and Dr. Olsson legit will not return a single phone call. I plan to report him to the medical board as well as the attorney general as absolutely nobody should see this Doctor.
Dr. Olsson was great, he explained the procedure I was having and was very concerned with my welfare. His staff was great, I had a problem and went to the office and the staff helped me out especially Hugo. The procedure went without any complications . The office atmosphere was very friendly. I felt special to the doctor and staff.
Doctor is kind and knowledgeable. Office staff on the other hand, is rude and unprofessional!!
