My appointment was at 4pm I sent a message & said can we come earlier if not it's ok. They called me to say there was a maintenance issue and that I needed to reschedule. I called them back and they said they can't do it at all because there wasn't enough time to wrap my som and his girlfriend Very rude the lady hung up on me because I asked here what was the Maintenance issue was she said it's confidential, I said no there is not one you just have something else to do
