My pick up experience today returning from an international flight was terrible. The driver kept expressing he was a pick up 5 in JFK. When we asked taxi, ride share, or outside the terminal he was unable to tell us where he was. We ended up running around to all 3 before finding him. When we found him he argued with my husband and I and told us we could take a cab. This service costs us close to 300.00 dollars and we normally book round trip. This was a bad experience.
