I was a patient of Dr. Shumaker 's for many years. He and his staff are excellent--the best and most honest dental care ever.
Competent, Honest and down to earth person. I trust Dr Shumaker 100%. He doesn't try to sell you products or services. He takes time to explain the problem to patients. I am glad I switched to him after my Orthodontist Stephan Parker recommended him among 5 DDS near my work to pick from. And has great sense of humor too. Dr. Shumaker's team is absolutely the best. Excellent customer service & professionalism with outstanding results.
I went last week for a tooth cleaning appt... it seemed well but when I get a cleaning normally my teeth look whiter and I have gaps.... I feel they didn't clean them as well as they could... and I was dissatisfied with the cleaning for the 2nd time.... I may call my Insurance company and switch dentists for that fact...I do like Dr. Don... it's the hygienist that I wasn't thrilled with... ALSO... I have never seen a dds where they clean your teeth before the dds visits... EVER
